TV 

The TV set in the living room is connected to the Czech antenna broadcast and to the satellite for German-speaking residents (Astra 19.2 ° E).

If there is a TV in the bedrooms - on the 3rd floor - it is connected only to the TV antenna, in the bedroom on the 2nd floor there is a connection to the Czech room antenna and it is necessary to position and orient it correctly.

TV allows data services, but they are limited by the speed of the internet connection.

Garbage 

Garbage - mixed waste belongs in the trash can in the garrage. Plastics, paper and glass have their plastic trash cans in the garage.

Heating and hot water

Central gas heating is controlled by us remotely. Guests have the option of regulation at the level of radiators. Never regulate the radiator in living room (street side), it must be on all the time. The other radiators are completely at your setting, do not set lower than *. Before departure, please set level 2-3 on the floors, always * in the basement.

After a power failure (in the event of strong winds), the heating may need to be restarted. This is a simple operation, contact us, I can do it via internet connection.

The hot water boiler is set to approx. 50 degrees. In the event of high consumption, it may be necessary to wait for the next hot water. At this time, the boiler prefers hot water production and the heating function is suspended. This is the correct functionality of the boiler.

Parking  

It is possible to park up to 3 cars in front of the house, 2 cars can fit in a row in the place of the entrance gate. The garage is not intended for parking, you can store shoes, skiing equipment, bicycles, or other personal belongings. 

Fireplace, outdoor fireplace and garden furniture

 The fireplace in the living room can be used - it is heated exclusively by wood. Wood is for free. ATTENTION - THE TEMPERATURE SENSOR FOR CENTRAL HEATING IS LOCATED IN THIS ROOM - IN THE EVENT OF INCREASING THE TEMPERATURE WITH THE FIREPLACE STONE, HEAT SUPPLY TO ALL OTHER ROOMS WILL BE RESTRICTED. In the summer season there is a classic outdoor fireplace behind the house (wood is outside) and garden furniture located in the garden house. The lock code is the same as the house key box code. Please put the furniture back in the house in bad weather and at the end of the stay.

Stay with pets

Pets can be accommodated for a fee. In the case of walking in the garden, please collect excrement from the garden and store it in mixed waste in an outdoor trash can. Please note that in winter there is a lot of snow on and around the property and walking the dogs is a bit difficult. 

The bedding and towels, washing machine and dryer

All beds are clean on arrival and a towel is available for all guests. At the end of your stay, we kindly ask you to remove the bedding from the beds that are used and to store towels in places where it will be possible for them to dry. The washer and dryer located in the basement are not intended for guests.
