Three floor house

The first floor - bicycle parking place and space for skiing equipment, technical background,  cold pantry for food

The second foor  - kitchen, living room with dining area and 2 beds, separate bedroom with double bed and sofa bed, bathroom with shower and toilet.

The third floor - big bedroom for up to 4 people with a double bed and another bed with the possibility of creating a double bed, another bedroom with twin beds, bathroom with bath and toilet.

The house is ideal for 8-10 people

The maximum number of guests is 10 and you can choose from up to 11 beds, including bed linen and towels. The house is big enough.

Fireplace stove

The house is equipped with central gas heating, however, in the living room there is a fireplace. On long evenings, the fireplace stove evokes the right relaxing atmosphere not only in winter. Firewood may be available for a fee directly in the house (need to verify).

Coffee and kitchen equipment

There is the coffee machine in the kitchen for coffee beans. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and electric oven. There are plenty of crockery and some other kitchen appliances. There is no dishwasher in the kitchen.

Pets

If you wish to accommodate your pet, it must be arranged in advance (for a fee). In winter, it is necessary to take into account that in the case of a larger share of snow, walking your pet may not be easy. The guests collect the "dog feces" after their pet.

Summer fireplace and sitting in the garden

There is a classic fireplace in the garden, a small charcoal grill and garden furniture is available in the summer season. If you do not drink your own drinks, you can walk through the garden to a guest house a few meters away and  buy draft beer and to take it to the garden.

The whole house is always rented!

If you have any questions, we are at your disposal on the phone, in addition to calls, communication via WhatsApp is great. We respect our guests and try to accommodate them as much as possible. We believe that you will be satisfied with us.

The price includes accommodation for max. 10 people with complete equipment, as well as clean bed linen and towels. 

Nevertheless, please behave ecologically and use all energy economically.

The price does not include local tax on accommodation capacity 15, -CZK / day / person, which is paid to the village Pernink.
